Net.studio Aranea d.o.o. does not collect personal data except for business purposes.
What personal data do we collect and on what legal basis?
We collect only the personal data necessary for us to achieve the purpose for which you entrust us with your personal data.
The trust of our clients and business partners is important to us, and data is valuable. We store data in our client and business contact database.
Employees and all those who have worked at Aranea have discretion and all data is available exclusively to Management.
Purposes of collecting and retaining personal data
Sales
When selling our products and services, directly, by post or via the Internet, we will ask for the data needed to fulfil your order and our obligations under Croatian regulations. We will use personal data from your orders exclusively for their fulfilment and occasionally for customer satisfaction research, and retain them in accordance with prescribed retention periods.
Newsletter
By entering your personal data in the Newsletter list, you express your wish and give us consent to send you notifications about Net.studio Aranea products and services and other business information.
We will retain and use your personal data until you decide to unsubscribe from our Newsletter list.
Use and transfer of personal data
We will use your personal data exclusively for the purposes for which you have given us consent. We will not sell, transfer or otherwise disclose them to unrelated third parties and will use them exclusively in accordance with this Statement.
However, we would like to inform you that in carrying out our activities we use partners and subcontractors for work that we do not do ourselves. When necessary, we provide them with information that may include your personal data. For example, Croatian Post or a delivery service must know your name and address to deliver the products you have ordered. Or, our software platform (MailChimp), which provides us with email marketing services through which we send you Newsletters, must have your email address, and first and/or last name if you entered them when updating your data. Also, when making payments we forward your data to banks.
We provide partners and subcontractors only with the personal data necessary for their work and bind them to store and protect your personal data through confidentiality statements to ensure your privacy is protected in all situations.
In addition, we may disclose personal data only in accordance with legal obligations.

To protect the rights related to the personal data you have entrusted to us, you may contact us in writing at our address or by email at info@netstudioaranea.hr. We will respond to you as soon as possible.

We will periodically improve and refine this Personal Data Protection Statement, depending on business circumstances.
